BATS: Program and Bat House Building Workshop

Event Description:
Creatures of the night! While you are sleeping, natures pest control service is out on patrol. A single bat can eat hundreds of mosquitoes in one hour! 

A special program will be presented in our mountain top theater by DNR Georgia Bat Biologist, Trina Mooris, on the research and conservation efforts being conducted on bats in Georgia.

Join in on helping out the declining bat populations in Georgia and all over the United States by signing up to build your own bat house. All supplies and instruction will be provided by Habitat for Bats.

Brasstown Bald park entry fee is $5 for ages 16 & over. Ages 15 & under are free. Shuttle access to the top is included.
